Who are the Belters?

The Belters are those living in the Asteroid Belt in our solar system.

The Belt settlements are the most distant human settlements from Earth, and strongly resist any form of authority or organization. Lawlessness is a fact of life, in this region.

Belters are generally miners and traders. They assisted the Martian rebels during the Martian War of Independence (otherwise known as the First Space War).
